Terms of Use

This is a legally valid agreement that lays out the terms and conditions for the use of all services which comes under Dendron IT Solutions Service agreed by you. The usage of the service is limited under all the terms & conditions herewith published. This agreement shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the authorities of the Government of India. Please read this agreement carefully. All notices under this agreement will be considered as written and have been duly signed once the same is electronically confirmed.

Service Usage Policy

You agree to abide by all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account, including the content of the messages transmitted through the service. The SMS service that sends/receives messages to/from mobile phones is maintained by TEAM Dendron IT Solutions. The utilization of the SMS service is subject to the following Terms of Service.

• Any illegal use of the SMS service is strictly prohibited.
• Messages containing sexual, racist or discriminatory content may be considered harassment and you will be held responsible.
• TEAM Dendron IT Solutions does not assume liability for message content.
• You guarantee that SMS content respects fundamental human rights and Intellectual Property laws.
• The service is for professional use only.

• Promote alcohol, music, dancing, dating, gambling or deception.
• Send unsolicited messages (mobile spam).
• Collect information without consent.
• Impersonate others or provide false contact details.
• Transmit unlawful, abusive, obscene, harmful or objectionable material.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses or harmful programs.
• Interfere with networks or attempt unauthorized access.
• Engage in activities that may cause criminal or civil liability.

You acknowledge that SMS delivery depends on telecom operators and network conditions. Delivery cannot be guaranteed and TEAM Dendron IT Solutions is not liable for undelivered messages.

Credits are non-refundable and must be used within their validity period. No carry forward is allowed unless specified in a separate contract.

You agree to indemnify and reimburse TEAM Dendron IT Solutions against any third-party claims arising from breach of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

We will take reasonable steps to deliver messages promptly but cannot guarantee delivery time. Delivery reports depend on operator support and are not guaranteed.

SMS messages are transmitted unencrypted and may be subject to interception. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all express and implied warranties including accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We shall not be liable for any financial or other loss resulting from delivery failures, delays, or interruptions. Message contents are deemed to have zero value.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your service.

In case of contradiction between specific terms and these general terms, specific terms shall apply.

Termination

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and recover damages. You remain responsible for accrued obligations even after suspension or termination.

You may terminate this agreement anytime by informing us in writing via email. Unused credits will not be accessible after termination.

To Communicate With You

We may use your information to respond to inquiries, provide support, send service-related information, and send marketing communications (with your consent) via SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice.
